Focusing on the core competence of SMS, with its main characteristics of direct, simple and fast communication, the brand identity was crafted around the persona of a parrot as a friendly, warm and relatable character. The actual wording of ‘Messito’ is also focused on being highly readable, understandable, simple, reliable and straightforward, reflecting the main USPs of the new brand.
